Self Directed Work Team (SDWT) Leader

The Self Directed Work Team (SDWT) Leader is responsible to create a safe and fulfilling environment for all Team Members to grow by leading, training, inspiring change and communicating effectively with a focus on our safety, quality and teamwork programs, in a manner consistent with Cheetah Human Resources policies and practices.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To identify and ensure that all team members have all the training, proper tools, materials and other resources necessary to enable them to support the team’s efforts or achieve its mission every day.
To Facilitate the implementation and improvement of Cheetah’s systems and programs designed to improve safety, quality, flexibility and productivity including 6S, cross training, self-inspection, Shop Trak, Doc Trak, Syteline, etc.
Promote individual growth, open communication and mutual respect within their Team and with all Cheetah Team Members.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday; occasional overtime may also be necessary.

REQUIRED EDUCTION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent
