Safety and Environmental Compliance Coordinator

Join the Cheetah Chassis team in Berwick, PA, as our Safety and Environmental Coordinator.

This highly visible role reports directly to our Company President and is key to achieving our goal of "zero-accidents" and fostering a "safety first" culture for our 100+ team members and visitors.

As our Subject Matter Expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Driving new safety initiatives and programs
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEP, and other regulations
• Conducting EHS training and audits
• Investigating incidents and identifying improvement opportunities
• Managing environmental programs related to manufacturing
• Guiding Team Leads and Production Coordinators

We're looking for qualified applicants with demonstrated EHS proficiency, including knowledge of Safeguarding, LOTO, Air Management, Spill Response, Machine safety, and Environmental Compliance, Strong communication, organization, and the ability to respond effectively in emergencies are essential skills.

Requirements:
Minimum Associate's degree, 5+ years in Production, Warehouse, or Maintenance operations (Bachelor's in Occupational Safety preferred).

Preferred:
EMT or First Aid skills. Otherwise will train in First Aid.
