Perform the full range of HR responsibility at our transportation equipment manufacturing facility, including coaching, counseling and advising team members at all levels of the company, professionally addressing all team member HR issues including documentation as necessary, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating recruiting, interviewing and selection, onboarding and performance management, conducting new hire and benefits orientation, administering and negotiating benefit programs, evaluating and/or creating related training and development programs, etc.

Combined with active participation on our leadership team, this highly visible position reports directly to Cheetah’s President and requires professionalism, good judgment, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
